This page explains, in plain language, what this website collects and why. We will update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes.

What we collect

If you join the First Wave list, we store your first name, email, optional ZIP code, the page you signed up from, any campaign reference in the link you used, the time, and your recorded consent. If you send an inquiry, we store the details you submit.

How we use it

First Wave emails are marketing messages you asked for. They are kept separate from ticket purchases and operational event messages. We do not sell your information, and we do not add ticket buyers to marketing lists automatically.

Tickets and payments

Tickets are sold by Ticket Tailor, with payments processed through Stripe inside Ticket Tailor. This website never sees or stores your card details. Their privacy policies apply to your purchase.

Your choices

Google Analytics is optional and remains off until you accept analytics cookies. When enabled on our public website, it measures page visits. Our page-view events omit query strings and fragments, and we do not send form contents to Google Analytics. Organizer pages and draft previews are excluded. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration.

Use “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of the site to accept or decline. Declining after accepting stops our tracking and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. This does not delete data previously received by Google. Your consent choice is saved in this browser when local storage is available.

Every email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to remove your information using the unsubscribe and data request form.

Organizer accounts

Only festival organizers sign in on this site. Visitors never need an account to browse, join the list, or buy tickets.
